Indiana Runner is committed to positively promoting high school cross country and track & field in the state of Indiana.

 

Indiana Runner was created on June 15, 2000 by original founder Derek Leininger. At that time, there was very little online coverage of high school cross country and track & field in Indiana, so Leininger launched IndianaRunner.com. Indiana Runner is now older than the high school student-athletes that make up our sport!

 

Indiana Runner is unique in its private ownership status. Most states have web sites that cover high school CC and T&F, but many of those web sites are affiliated with a national network that requires viewers to pay to view web content. Indiana Runner is a free, online community designed to promote our sport all across the state.

 

Indiana Runner LLC is currently a four-person partnership between Colin Altevogt, Derek Leininger, Scott Lidskin, and Drake Sterling.
