Sam Berger of Zionsville (Yellow Singlet #471) pulls off an unthinkable 10th place finish at Footlocker Midwest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Sam would grab the last qualifying spot ahead of Bib #608 by just .2 seconds.

Carmel's Renee Wellman passes Mackenzie Caldwell from CN in the final 800 meters to win the Carmel Semi-State. Caldwell led the majority of the race by a large margin before being caught by Wellman.

North Harrison upsets #4 Bloomington South at the 2011 BCSS, proving yet again that NH knows what their doing in October!
 
Noblesville's Sam Roudebush fist pumps in the last few meters after qualifying for State from the 2011 Carmel Semi-State. Roudebush finished 7th, while HSE's Jack Andritsch would finish 8th, and Zionsville's Sam Berger was 9th.

Hamilton Southeasten wins the Brebeuf Regional, knocking out #1 Carmel in the process
 
Renee Wellman wins her fourth Brebeuf Regional title breaking her own course record by 21 seconds with a  17:57, the second fastest time in the state.
 
Troy Reeder (HSE) leads Futsum at the two mile mark of the Brebeuf Regional. Futsum would go on to win by 25 seconds.

The 2011 Carmel Greyhounds Varsity Squad: (not in order) Appleton, Williams, Watson, Browning, Coleman, George, Hook, and the runner in sweats is Kinn.  The Greyhounds took down Columbus North at the 2011 Culver Invite, handing them their first loss in 2 and a half years.
