LIVE Draft--- In the Chat Room. If you are not there,
either a waiting guest will replace you in the league,
or if no one is waiting, your pick will automatically
be made by the pre-determined draft list.

SNAKING ORDER (ex 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1) - RANDOM DRAW -
Draw will be done and order will be determined on or
about July 22nd.
*The last round of picks will be made up of the free agent pool.
You can begin picking up free agents immediately after the
draft.
TRADES
Will be posted in Fantasy Cross Country Forum area.
Format will have the topic be: TRADE: Team's Runner
Name for Team's Runner Name. Both active members must
post the trade as confirmed in this area, and this
will allow for other members of the league to discuss
the trade and possibly veto it. If over 50% of the
league vetos the trade within 48 hours, the trade will
not go through.
Example:
Team 1 trades Mike Fout to Team 2 for Drew Shields
*both members must confirm trade on the Trade Thread.
Free Agent pick up:
Will work the same way as trades. The Topic name will
be: FREE AGENT ADD/DROP: Runner Name to Team.
Simply list athletes added and dropped, and identify
full name of athlete and school affiliation.
Example:
Team 1:
Add Mike Fout - 12 - LaPorte
Drop Drew Shields - 12 - Fishers
SCORING:
Top 5 athletes on each team will be scored. Once all
results from the race weekend are compiled, they will
be put onto a spreadsheet and scored just like a XC
meet.
REGULAR SEASON MEET IMPLICATIONS
Everyone seemed to agree that they want a way to
measure their teams during the regular season.
We will score the NP/Flashrock weekend as that seems
to be the weekend that the most athletes compete.
It will be YOUR job to get me your results. Either
post them on the Official Flashrock/NP Weekend Thread
or PM me with your results. I will take the results I
get and put them onto a spreadsheet.
The top 3 teams will receive a bonus point deduction at the state
meet.
1st = -3 points
2nd = -2 points
3rd = -1 point
POST SEASON
In the past, teams have been eliminated throughout the
sectional/regional/semi-state and then a final number
has gone on to compete against eachother at the state
finals. This will not happen this year. The reason is
that (for example) if one team has multiple runners
who go through the slower course and competition at
Rushville Regional while another teams runners compete
at the highly competitive and fast Brebeuf Regional
the team manager with Rushville athletes should not
have to pay for the circumstances beyond their
control.
The Semi-State races WILL be scored as a mock meet
still however it will have no bearing on the final
scoring.
The lowest score at the state meet with the bonus
points awarded from NP/Flashrock Weekend will win.
